Many real estate agents, homeowners and decorating professionals agree that a well staged home can increase the priced offered for that property.  We have had direct experiences where a real estate agent has stated that it was his opinion that staging added $30,000 to the sale price.  Another experience was where a homeowner had a home on the market for 9 months.  After staging, the homeowner actually raised the list price by $5,000 and received a full price offer within 6 weeks.  These are just two small examples of the impact we have seen with home staging.
