What is Staging?
"Staging" is the art of professionally preparing a home for market using furniture, decorative accessories, and lighting. Staging can be as comprehensive as completely furnishing a vacant property, or as simple as working with existing furniture and decorative accessories in an owner-occupied home.

When buyers look for a home to purchase, they are waiting for an emotional reaction (the WOW!) when they walk in the door. Buyers usually won't consider a home that evokes a negative response, or even a neutral one, even if the home is "perfect" for them on paper. There are so many secrets to creating the WOW! in a home using color, furniture arrangement, smells, music and pictures.
