Do all Homes Qualify for Staging?
No. Not every home is a good candidate for staging. Rental properties, fix-up's or poorly maintained properties are not conducive to professional staging. While the staging process beautifully accentuates the positive aspects of a home, it is not intended to hide problems such as structural cracks or peeling paint, or mask unpleasant odors.
The typical buyer of a professionally staged home is NOT Joe Handyman who is willing to make lots of minor repairs that arise during the inspection process. Either the home needs to be in excellent condition already, or the seller must be open to making the repairs if asked to do so.
Homes with curious cats, toddlers or happy golden retrievers (think "wagging tails") may limit the extent to which your home can be staged.
Do you only stage upper-end homes?
NO! We have staged homes from $100,000 to $4,500,000 and everything in between.
How Much Does it Cost?
The cost for full house staging is determined by a large number of factors including; demographics of the prospective buyer, value and style of the house, square footage, flow, floorplan and ease of accessibility. We work with anywhere from $100,000 to $4.5 million houses. Our fees range from $2,000 to $20,000. The best way to know exactly what it will cost is to have us come visit the property and give you a free quote.
Our fee includes move-in, move-out, and design services. We own all of our own furniture, so you do not incur furniture rental charges for the first 90 days when you hire us to stage your home. And we will not give you a shopping list of accessories to purchase - we have plenty of our own! We have furniture and accessories to furnish up to 30 houses at a time.
Occupied Home Consultations (using the homeowners furniture and accessories) start at just $200.
We accept Mastercard and Visa.
Do you furnish the whole house, or just a few rooms?
We work with homeowners' budgets and needs and make a recommendation as to how many rooms should be staged.
